Checking account Problems caused by my funds being low Pennsylvania
Wells Fargo has taken of $5000.00 from me in " fees '' since -/-/2016 ... about - % of my yearly income has been taken by Wells Fargo in " fees ''. Wells Fargo has just recently taken $1200.00 from me in " fees '' from -/-/- to -/-/-. - separate instances of $35.00 " fees ''. That is equal to my bi-weekly paycheck. During this time a Wells Fargo ATM jammed, holding half of my deposit and freezing the ATM. I told Wells Fargo and they adjusted, then reversed the adjustment on my account without warning, making it impossible to know the balance ... and then charged more fees. A few weeks later Wells Fargo froze my account, not allowing me to make deposits at ATM 's and not explaining why. Without the deposits, i could not pay bills, causing me to lose my health insurance and make other bills late ... Wells Fargo sent a letter 3 days after the hold as a " notification '' ... and all the while charged more fees. I made a $1000.00 deposit and Wells Fargo held it for over a week. When I called the branch they said " because I had incurred so many fees they were holding the deposit because they thought it may not clear?! I explained this was a check from my father ( with the same last name and who was willing to call the bank!! ). They instead just rudely hung up on my and continued to charge me fees..though I did n't randomly get a phone call from a Wells Fargo employee days later saying they changed their mind and released the funds??? More of my money has been taken by Wells Fargo in " fees '' then has gone to any other single business entity. I have been financially ruined and my credit destroyed ... I work hard, around 60 hours a week and have me crushed by this bank and do not know what to do ...
