My mother was on the phone with me the first time I called, - hung up on me even when I gave authorization for her to listen. She called back and asked to speak with a supervisor who hung up on her, she called back again and - was speaking in -, my mother advised her we speak English and why she was calling - hung up on her again.My mother called back and asked to speak to - - listed as the Vice President on their website - said I 'm mother could n't listen to the conversation as she was giving me direction for the questions we had, he hung up on me. I called back and asked - to send me the documents he had regarding this claim, he heard my mother talking to me and hung up again. I need a copy of the charges and how and when they were sent to me. Thank you
