I am a patient of a - in - Oregon and needed some - performed. The - provided me with a credit application and I was approved. I did not know that it was an application for an outside agency called CareCredit / Synchrony Bank, but rather, I was under the impression that it was the - office line of credit not a credit organization or banking institution. I was issued credit and never was informed that it was through a bank or credit agency. I have been paying payments in the amount of $85.00 up to $100.00 at the rate of 26.99 % interest in the unpaid principal. Of my payment of $85.00 or $100.00 only $3.00 is being applied to the principal. At the rate of 26.99 % interest I will never get this bill paid. I feel that I was misinformed by the - office that I was applying to an outside agency for credit, and then once the - worked on me I have this unpaid balance on credit that will never be paid off in my lifetime. I believe this is unfair business practice by the - and unfair business practice by CareCredit/Synchrony Bank for over charging of interest on the unpaid balance.
