Citibank Credit card department,
I applied for a credit card that a zero interest balance transfer. I never received the card, or any paperwork stating the card was active or approved. I received a bill in the mail in -/-/-, I paid it because I pay every bill I receive. I since had a the account closed because I never received the cards, CITI opened up a new account and sent me a bill. The one they sent me in -/-/- was due on a holiday. I sent them the payment electronically before the holiday, but it was processed the day after, hence generating a late fee. They would not waive it because the previous account had a late fee, and that late fee was generated because i never received the bill nor the cards. They said the late fee can not be waived due to a holiday, and I should have paid before the holiday which I did.
