Credit reporting company's investigation Problem with statement of dispute Texas

I disputed a judgement on my credit report with Equifax due to inaccuracies on my credit report. I asked for verification on - items specific to the judgment. Their " investigation '' took 7 days and they sent me a form letter that not only did not address my - original verification requests, it simply stated they updated the judgment to " paid/satisfied '' with no explanation. It is now 30 days outside of my original request, they did not validate my disputes in question nor did they remove the judgment from my credit report, and the only thing they will do is initiate another dispute, essentially giving themselves a " do-over '' on their own incompetence at my expense. I do not have this judgment on - of the - bureaus, and would like it to be removed from my Equifax credit report. At the very least, I would like an investigation be done to look into Equifax 's policies and procedures when processing credit report disputes.
