Incorrect information on credit report Account terms Florida

1. I just tried filing a dispute online with Equifax it asked me there for verification questions and they found my credit file. I wanted to get some other information from my credit report and came back and the session had timed out, so I went through the dispute process again from the beginning and asked me for new verification questions and I 've had the same problem in the past and asks me questions that have nothing to do with my credit history so I answer the appropriate answer none of the above. and keep getting the same response we can not verify your identity please fax your dispute. There is something wrong with their verification process! I am tired of having to fax the disputes in at my expense and inconvenience. 2. My - credit card is reporting on Equifax a showing a balance of approximately $270.00, that amount is incorrect! My wallet was stolen on -/-/2016 and I have reported that to all the credit bureaus. The perpetrator charged $270.00 on this card, I did not! however, to avoid any


3. The reported date of my last payment on Equifax is incorrect! It shows - - I have made - payments between - - and - -!! and the aqua fax report showed it was updated - -! The other - reporting agencies are accurate! I am consistently having a problem with Equifax!! I need relief! 4. The high credit of $300.00 on this card is also incorrect!! I hereby seek the CFPB and the FTC to organize a thorough investigation into these matters. I am a - veteran and I have spent hundreds of hours trying to resolve various issues with only Equifax since -/-/-. It has exasperated me! my credit score is consistently lower and been lowered with each error that Equifax makes on reporting my credit information! I do not have the time, energy, resources due to my health condition to continue to fight for my rights. Please I humbly seek assistance beyond the complaint process. It has not worked for over 10 months in any of my complaints.
