Pentagon FCU Credit card department,
I applied for this credit card and I did not receive it due to " an IP address issue '' having to do with fraud. I never received this card in the mail. I never did any transactions on this card because I did not receive it. I now have a charge-off for around $1500.00 that I am not liable for! How can I have charges on a card that I never received, never used and never had? I contacted this company as well as the credit bureaus and - told me that I had to pay them. They did not care that I did not receive the card in the mail. They would not assist me, would not explain it to me and would not pass me to upper-management. They said that because they suspected that I was not the one to apply for the account ( I was, of course ) that they would not send out the card. So why do I have to pay them for something that I had no access to??? I 'm not, and it needs to be removed immediately. I do n't care whether that is a bunch of annual fees, or other fee, but I never had any access whatsoever to this card so this must be removed from my credit report immediately.
