This is a collection agency that I have never entered into any type of contract with. The original account was opened by someone else and the original creditor has been contacted. I have zero business relationship with this company. I have also contacted them on - accounts asking for a validation of signature to prove my contractual relationship with them. They have reported this inaccurate information to all - credit bureaus and it has impacted me financially. I want to save court as the last resort, however, I will take that route because this error on my credit file is costing me a lot more money due to increased interest rates and such.
