Unsolicited issuance of credit card California
Without my permission or agreement, Citibank opened a credit card in my name, posted $12000.00 in charges, is charging me interest and late fees for not paying, is reporting this to credit reporting agencies, and refuses to reverse the above. I never agreed to the credit card and I have never used it. I have repeatedly advised Citibank of this and requested all be rescinded, but they refuse. The latest refusal was by - -, Executive Response Unit, Office of the President of Citibank at -.
