I obtain a auto loan from Credit Acceptance in the year - around -. I was never late on any payments, all my payments were on time. - - my car was impounded by - Police. I contacted Credit Acceptance and informed them of the situation, they informed me to contact their repossession department. When I spoke with them they informed me they will retrieved the vehicle and incorporate the amount into my payments. My payments before the impoundment was $300.00 after the adjustment my new payments $450.00 due on the - of each month starting - -. On - - I made the full payment of $450.00 but the rep. informed me that the rearrangement has been broken and now I owe the total $990.00 or the vehicle will be disable to drive. I informed him that I was one day late due to my pay day on the - of the month not the -. He stated " Well you a day late and a - short '' how are we going to handle this. I requested to speak with a supervisor, I spoke with supervisor and I made the $450.00 payment and he told me now the arrangement will be every two weeks of $300.00 until the pass due is current which will be in -. Every since this incident of the payment in -, I have been harassed, spoken to unprofessional to. Once again I have not missed a payment, when I requested my payment history, the repairs one rep. informed me that I must pay due to the repossession, which was incorrect information.
