on - -, 2016 i send a certified mail to validate the account - - merchant which they received on - -, - and under the credit act law they have 30 days to provide me with a original contract with signature and report dispute comments with credit bureaus within 30 DAYS which is - - 2016 which i printed a copy of. they send me a signature but did n't report dispute comment to bureau in time so they broke they law. so i send them a second letter letting them know that they did. they send me a letter on - -, 2016 saying they updated the dispute comment and which showed on my report lasted update - - 2016 but was way passed the 30 day time frame. then i get a alert from equifax for that company stating that there last updated was - -, 2016 which is a lie equifax broke the law under FCRA Section 605 ( c ) tryin " Re-Age '' your account by updating the date of last activity on your credit report in the hopes of keeping negative information on your account longer. and doing so it should be removed. off my report.
