PAYMENT ALLOCATION VIOLATION : I spoke with - USAA representatives yesterday and sent them a message about my credit card payments not being applied in accordance with USAA 's credit card agreement nor by the Credit Card Act of 2009 which requires payments above the minimum payment to be applied to the balance with the highest interest rate/APR until the payment/balance is exhausted. I got - separate answers from the representatives, - in violation.
