Citibank Credit card department,
I had an account with Citibank. The account was closed and paid to a $0.00 balance. Unknown to me - Citibank reopened the account to accept charges from the -. The account was again brought to $0.00 and closed again with instructions to never reopen it. Without my permission - the account has been reopened and several hundred dollars of fees are applied to the account - but Citibank can not produce any purchases
