Synchrony Financial Credit card department,
Synchrony Bank took funds out of my checking account with my consent. This is causing me to go without money for me and my family of - for over two weeks. I can not even feed my children due to them taking out money without my consent. I understand that I was late in my payments due to my job loss, but I had never agreed nor had a monthly payment reoccurring plan set up with them. How did they get my bank account information? Is n't that theft and fraud? I am still struggling and plan on making payments to them but how can they get away with this.
