Barclays PLC Credit card department,

Billing disputes Nebraska

We had our credit cards stolen and reported the charges as fraudulent. One of the charges did not get taken off. We have called numerous times to fix the issue. The investigation department confirmed the fraud but we still have a negative rating that is affecting our credit score.
