Synchrony Financial Credit card department,
Synchrony charges excessive late fees to their consumers. Not only that, but they add it to the balance owed so they add late fee on top of late fee with no option to negotiate a payment plan. This is how they want to make money. Their representative need better training also. They are rude, talk over you and are aggressive.
