I disputed - unauthorized inquiries on my Equifax Credit Report. The other - reporting agencies removed the inquiries after a properly and timely investigation. However, EQUIFA- whose in the habit of pleasing creditors, refused to perform the required investigation. I submitted my dispute on -/-/2016 and it completed its investigation on the day, citing " Inquiries are a factual record of file access ... '' and therefore, refused to investigate the unauthorized inquiries. I read online - complaints from other consumers who experienced the same issues with EQUIFA- when disputing inquiries. This agency should slap them with a lawsuit to cease and desist them from doing that
