Equifax Credit reporting department,
Credit reporting company's investigation Problem with statement of dispute Florida
I the Consumer file this Affidavit and Notice of Complaint with the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau for the matters set-forth herein. After requesting EQUIFA- to remove negative credit reporting activities of the DEPT OF ED/NAVIENT and NAVIENT, the consumer was denied remedy to a complete and accurate investigation in regards to the removal of the items/accounts on his Credit Report. There are issues where the credit bureau EQUIFA- has denied the consumer remedy and a review of ALL proof of claims ( documented information provided by the DEPT OF ED/NAVIENT and/or NAVIENT ) subject to public access. I, the consumer, offer this affidavit to EQUIFA- for the refusal to remove negative items/accounts from my credit files, despite the consumer 's request and for failure to verify to the consumer any disclosed information provided by these entities in regards to the accounts being reported. See Attached notice by affidavit with supporting documents
