Cont'd attempts collect debt not owed debt is not mine

Citibank Debt collection department,

I do not know Cont'd attempts collect debt not owed Debt is not mine Georgia

I pulled my credit today ( -/-/16 ) through my - - account and noticed that - credit inquiries had been made against my account through the creditor " CBNA. '' They made - hard credit inquires on my account that occurred -/-/16 & -/-/16. I never once applied for any new lines of credit, nor did I approve any creditors to run my credit for any reason during - 2016. There should be - credit inquiries made against my account during those dates in - 2016 so I have no option but to assume this was a fraudulent act.
