I use Wells Fargo company strictly as a reserve banking institution, because all of my everyday spending and drafting from companies come out of - - - Accounts. For a majority of my history with them all I do is deposit funds with the hopes it will stay out of sight out of mind and build up for my families future. I had a checking account only, but signed up a month ago for a savings account and was supposed to get a - bonus for that. So far no credits. Over the last month I have put a large amount of money in this savings account ( only making deposits ) and Yesterday -/-/2016 I noticed my balance was lower than expected. When going back to check this online I found a - - was taken out of my savings account ( - ) in the amount of - posted on -/-/2016 but apparently performed -/-/2016.


they would file a claim however I find it very disturbing that money can be taken out of my account without my permission. From my understanding someone must have gotten into my account when I was logged into an unsecure business, and according to one rep someone named - was put on the account as an Authorized user???? How can this happen that Wells Fargo can allow this without Authentication and my signature to allow someone to be on my account. They definitely used enough security demanding me 17 times to prove who I was trying to dispute this, why not when protecting my money. That to me is a breach of customer privacy and protection. I would like someone to please assist me in returning these funds to me.
