Hi, I was enrolled in the Wells Fargo Go Far Rewards program to earn bonus points on purchases. On my billing day, without any notification or explanation, they closed the account and forfeited all my points earned totaling $930.00 in - 2016. I filed a complain online, after waiting for some time, they requested a phone call. After I called and spoke to two different people on -/-/2016, they had no idea either regarding the closure of my credit card account or the forfeiture of my points. They said to wait for correspondence from their corporate office.
