I had a loan though -, they sent me damage furniture and - - agreed to settle with me and gave me my money back and cancel the loan. I asked - to remove all derogatory and negative impacts from my credit report and they did. - and - - has removed this from my credit report but Experian refuses to remove that account after submitting several disputes.
