I received a bill from Citicard - for a Costco membership. I can not tell you my credit card number because I never received the Citicard - and told them over the phone. Also, I told them that I no longer needed to be a member of Costco. I moved to my daughter 's home and she has a Costco card. They continued to charge me. Then, I wrote a letter to them. Today, I have a bill for $110.00 for that original $50.00. I talked to Costco and they cancelled the membership.
