Synchrony Financial Credit card department,
I opened a Walmart credit card account with GE Capital Retail bank ( now Synchrony Bank ) in -, of -. I lost my job in - and fell behind and was unable to make payments. I worked it out with Synchrony by going on a payment plan to get the account paid and closed. The representative said that as soon as the payment plan was completed that the account would report as " paid in full '' and they would remove the late payments from my credit report. - shows " pays as agreed ''. - shows both " Payment after charge off/collection '', and " Settled-less than full balance '', and - shows " Account Paid In Full For Less Than The Full Balance '', and they are also still reporting all of my late payments after the representative specifically said that they would remove. I do n't understand how they removed them from - and - but not from -. I have attached a copy of - - credit report pulled on -/-/- for your records, so you can see the erroneous and inaccurate reporting. Due to the erroneous and inconsistent reporting across the - credit bureaus, I am requesting that this trade line is removed from my credit reports, or is updated to " paid in full '' and all late charges are removed.
