Synchrony Financial Credit card department,
in late - early - I sent a letter certified, registered mail, return receipt requested, to Synchrony Bank regarding my - card, in order to request a payoff amount on what they said that I owed on this credit card. They received the letter but I have yet to receive a payoff amount in the mail. they 've completely ignored me. I filed a complaint with you about this and they said that they sent me a mail they snswered my mail but I have not received anything from them. I 'm just trying to clear this up to pay it off and they are not, absolutely not, working with me at all. All I want is a payoff amount that they will accept to get this cleared up it 's not difficult, it 's not hard just a payoff amount.
