Citibank Credit card department,
hello, in 2015 i opened macys credit card, and i used it purchase furniture at -, but i did n't receive my card therefore they sent me another card. But they did n't transfer the purchases i made with the - card. i found out the issue through my credit report when - ( citi bank ) reported charge off account to the credit agencys. My credit score dropped and i got denied from other credit cards and loans. I have been calling macys and citi bank to rectify this issue and i got no help. Please help me to resolve this issue. Thank you
