Dear Wells Fargo : Yes, I did receive your letter dated -/-/2016 ( scanned & attached on here ), but I did not receive a letter earlier dated -/-/- as you stated. I 'd like to reiterate that I did not have nor receive your written communication -/-/- ; therefore, I was shocked to learn that Wells Fargo had closed the account. While I understand but regret of your earlier response that Wells Fargo has the right to cancel or terminate at anytime, however I respectfully request that my earned points or cash credit from uses of the card until -/-/2016 can be redeemed since I had had no knowledge as to why. Although Wells Fargo chose to close or cancel the account as wish at anytime, I regret that I had no known earlier reason ( s ) and hope that Wells Fargo could reconsider to reopen the account, or at least fairly allows customer in my situation to redeem the earned credit as of the closing date.
