I have been told that no one from this company can or will speak about this account do to attorney block being put on this account by - - -. I have been told that the only way to be able to speak to anyone about this account is to send them a letter stating that I am/will not use attorney regarding this account. I have repeatedly told - - - that I will not give up my right to have legal representation. I have repeatedly requested information in writing and have only received letters from this company asking for my attorney 's information or telling me that they have opened investigation. I have never received an answer regarding any of the question 's ask of them. I have asked for debt validation, Proof that this company owns said debt, Proof of actual debt amount, Please proved any legal documents of proof of debt that legally authorized this company to collect debt. I have given - - - 30 days to hear back with answers to these question only to fine that - - - has only put a attorney block on my account so that I may not resolve this contentious matter.
