Over the past several months my interest rate has skyrocketed. I am sure that, I did not, nor would have agreed to the terms and conditions of owning a Barclays credit card as they have explained to me. I have, on several occasions, requested to receive a copy of my contract. Each request has been met with a different reason as to why I can not have a copy of the agreement.
