I attended - campus in - - to - - in the - degree. I was forced to open a private student loan through the campuses financial company. They called it a Genesis loan. The loan amount was for -. It was to cover the difference of tuition that my federal student loans did not cover. I currently have - in federal loans due to this school that was found to have fraudulent financial practices such as inflating tuition and making students take out these private loans. I need help in forgiving this loan due to the fraudulent financial practices of my school.
