Vehicle loan Problems when you are unable to pay West Virginia
we had a loan through Wells Fargo purchased -/-/-. My husband - in the military shortly after that and while he was -, I had trouble getting Wells Fargo to protect him under the Soldiers and Sailors Relief Act.. Our vehicle was repossessed around -/-/--/-/-. I believe this was illegal due to his -. We were not given a court order. I understand that Wells Fargo is being sued because of this and I want to enclose proof of this. This affected our mortgage process due to the fact we had to explain why it was repossessed. I am also including the credit report stating the status.
