Synchrony Financial Credit card department,
I obtained a care credit account for -, immediately after I was incorrectly charged by another physician, I contacted them to let me know, at the time they told me I was responsible for this charge and would have to settle it myself and make payments before I defaulted. I made payments and got the charge cleared off on my own. I was never credited for this and charged interest and late fees. Fine whatever I paid, I then used it for its intended purpose and got - I needed badly. Well the - office had a hard time charging them because I never actually received a physical card. So I am paying and I receive a notification that my account was sold to -. I call them to try to fix this mess and they send me to a - credit collection agency - -. I call - multiple times during the days and left messages to try to resolve this issue to no avail.
