Never received a bill from - -, -, MD because when I signed up for - mini box for my - Tenant in my townhouse in - -, Md, I gave the - Clerk my service address in - - and my home address in Florida to send the $3.00 a month bill. I never received any bill ever. I was told that - had been sendng the bill to my - - address ... this house has been a rental for past 40+ years. I have never lived there. - told me that was their fault and they would take care of it. I later discovered all - of my credit reports had a collections notice of $180.00 balance I owed. I called - many times and was assured this would be completely removed. I call the Credit Management collection company and told them what happened and also told them that I had never received any collection notice letter. One of their managers said they would removed it completely. I have called and complained many times to both - and to Credit Management and the only thing was done was the $180.00 was reported as Paid Collection and the Notice reporte as Closed. Neither of which does anything to totally remove this whole Collections Notice from all - of my credit reports from -, - and - -. I was also told by Credit Management that under Federal Law I was entitled to get a written notice of the Notice having been filed against me, which I never did. Will you please help me get it removed from all - credit reports as soon as possible.
