I have been fighting with Synchrony Bank with credit card accounts they said I open on line. When I asked them to please validate that information all they show me are bills with my name attached to them an a online application with my social and address but not the correct phone number. Also what I told them is when I apply for credit I always either use my middle name or middle initial because within - miles of where I live there are several individuals with the same name as myself. The company refuse to remove anything and has me liable for those accounts, however I receive in the mail today a letter from them saying they will delete the credit inquiry that I never made from my credit file. What can I do to get not just the credit inquiry removed but the unauthorized accounts in my name removed also?
