Citibank Credit card department,
I have an account with Best Buy. I recently checked my statement on line and found a charge of about $28.00 and some change for Debt Protection Service. Since I acquired the account I never authorized to have this service. I contacted Debt Pro company and they say it was activated in 2007 and I have been paying on it since. I called Best Buy, they could not give me a straight answer on how this was added without my authorization. I am looking at getting a credit towards my Best Buy account for the amount I have been paying for this unauthorized service since 2007.
