I have had a lowes account since -. I have paid the same date, through my bank since that time. I was charged a late fee on -/-/16 for -, despite having paid well over the minimum requested payment, as I always do. Again, payments are automatically posted on the - ( depending on business day of that month ). - in Lowes customer service ( - ) was completely unhelpful or apologetic ; told me I am paying too early and I should be changing my payment to " the - '' to avoid the issue. Again, in 1 years time, this is the first time they have charged me a late fee ... ..
