Citibank NA refused to approve a Citibank Credit Card ( Costco Private Label ). I contacted Citibank directly. I was incommuication with a - - on -/-/- and was told to put a appeal on the incorrect deliquent from -. Received a letter of Credit Decision. Citibank used - as there provider. There was a error on my report and was corrected by - and the Deliquent item was removed on -. I called Citibank on -/-/- asked for approval and was denied again. Attached is the letter from Ciitbank. I spoke to - - - from the Office of the President on - - - stated " Once the Deliquent Account is removed on Experian than the Credit Card would be issued ''. Now Citibank is changing there story and found another avenue to deny the Card. - - made several remarks that are contrary to the decision denials. I am asking the CFPB to fully investigate Citibank NA on there deceptive practices on Credit Approval for a based upon misleading statements from the Office of the President and Risk Management from Citibank NA.
