My account has been paid off since -/-/-, Midland is giving the runaround concerning my escrow surplus which is - or so, I have contacted them 6 times, on my transaction history says my refund was sent -/-/-, the last time I contacted them they told me my refund was going to be sent -/-/-, I think they are trying to keep it as long as possible, I will be waiting for a response. Thank You
