Other bank product/service Problems caused by my funds being low California

I recently looked at my Wells Fargo credit card account and found the account to be overdrawn. I looked at the statement and tried to figure out why the account was overdrawn but could n't find the reason. So I emailed Wells Fargo customer serviced and received the attached email that was unbelievable at their answer. The letter stated that I was charged a late fee for being two days past due date. I checked my credit card by laws and nothing in the laws stated that I will be charged a late fee for being a few days late. This ban k is already under investigation for unlawful acts.
