Citibank Credit card department,
Macy 's department Store Card did not forward statements to new address and after 3 months only notifications was from collection company. As soon as notice was recieved full balance was paid off ( $300.00 ). Macy is unwilling to remove derogatory mark from credit and believe their policy for not forwarding statement leads to late payments etc. Currently, my credit score dropped - points and assuming most of it is due to Macy 's. I 'm unable to get mortgage due to their lack of customer service and compliance with USPS.
