I never agreed or signed any document to have a loan taken out on my name for solar panels, nor do I live at the property where the solar panels were installed. A sales man told my elderly mother that they can use my name to take out a loan for solar panels at her home if she did not qualify. I never knew the loan existed nor did I ever sign or agree to any such loan. My mother is elderly and was taken advantage of. Now the finance company is calling and harassing me for payment. I called them to ask them what this is regarding as I never knew such a loan existed and that was the first time me hearing that this loan existed. When I spoke to Greensky Loan Services they said if they obtain my information the loan is valid. I could not understand how a $27000.00 loan can be taken out in my name without my knowledge or signature, that is complete fraud! There are other lawsuits against this company as well for scams!
