Wells Fargo & Company Bank account or service department,
Savings account Deposits and withdrawals Minnesota
I visited my bank on -/-/-16 for the purpose of withdrawing $1300.00 from my savings account. After the teller counted the cash, I requested an envelope. He gave me the change from this transaction, but not the envelope with the cash. I was not aware of this until I left the bank. I returned to the bank within 5 minutes, but the teller claimed he gave me the cash. Bank employees checked my purse as well as my car. This envelope with cash could n't just disappear into thin air. The bank in question does have a Resolution team, but since this is 'in house ' I feel they could be biased. Also, an entity within the bank has viewed the video from this transaction and can only tell me the video is inconclusive. I do n't understand this. If they can not show me that the teller handed me the cash, I would think the bank findings would be in my favor. I have filed a police report as I feel a theft occurred and the bank is not allowing the police department to view the video as of the date of this writing. The bank is not being transparent or forthcoming with information.I believe you to be the only agency that can assist me with resolving this issue. I also want to note that this bank has no video cameras outside their front door, so no determination can be made as to what happened when I exited the bank. I think, overall, the bank 's lack of security regarding cameras is appalling. The bank in question is Wells Fargo, located - - - -, - - -.
