Unsolicited issuance of credit card Florida
I used to have a - credit card from - membership. Back in - - ended its contract with - and transferred all the accounts to City Bank Visa. I received a letter form - stating that all charges put on the - card after -, they would n't be able to generate a bill, as the billing would be transferred to City bank visa card. I had paid the - - to install a new unit in my home and called the owner explaining the situation and he agreed that I could dispute the charge with - and pay him again with City bank card. - took the money back from the merchant and sent me a letter. I paid the - - again with city bank Visa and did a balance transfer on -/-/16 paying off my balance with City visa. so I had - - - - balance with City Bank Visa.
this was the money from the merchant that had provided me services. They also disputed the charges with the merchant ( now for the second time, after - did it ), taking the money away from him, and messing up his account and reputation with his third party credit account charging. I called multiple times requesting these incompetent people to send me my money back - -, -, -, - and - ). They never called me asking questions about what happened and why the - had dispute the charges. But they credited my account with $4500.00, so I can spend all this money on them. How wise! Instead, the fools call me asking you if I am satisfied with their services. Totally waste of time as they do n't provide any services to their customers. Until up to this date, they have not sent my money back, I provided information about my account - different times and nothing happens. Since the beginning this city bank has been a real mess with the majority of the customers they took -. There is no customer services at all.
