Citibank Credit card department,
on or around the - of -, I called Citi bank to discuss some return check fees that was accrued to my account. I have - credit cards with Citi bank and for medical reason I lost two weeks of work and I did not have enough funds in my account when the payment came in. to my surprise, the bank keep trying over and over again to get the money and every single time they tried, they charge me - dollars per time with out me authorizing the transaction. the bank is doing this fraudulent just to charge me return fees and profit themselves with my struggles, putting me in a worst financial crisis. there are - - return checks fee in one month just follow by every other day. I called the bank to discuss this issue but my conversation was fruitless. please, I urge Consumer Financial protection Bureau to thorough investigates Citi bank and refund me a total of $250.00 dollars charge to my account as fraud. account number are as follow. ending in - the - credit cards belong to Citibank.
