My issue is with Syncronybank, issuer of CareCredit. I have set up all my payments account via online. Not realizing I gave my credit card number, which expires instead of giving my checking account number. In -/-/2016 my banking card number was changed. As a result no payments were sent, thus rendering my account 'late ' with late fees. In the meantime I was having a hard time getting thru to CARECREDIT.com to make my payments. I found myself going into a loop with referring me to Syncronybank. The time of day I would attempt to get on site to handle my business appeared to be after hours. With long wait periods or speaking with someone where I encountered communications barriers. The Syncrony Bank -. - Representative and Number goes directly to - and not a - call center unless - request - call center. Or long waits and no one on the other end so that I can correct and set up my payments. I attributed this to after hours so I would attempt to come back and handle my business at another time. In the meantime, I have no access to my account on line to make any

I received a statement in the mail, where I 've set up all my accounts to be paperless and receive my current statement and notification when payment is due and received. They were not able to assit me in setting up my new account until payment was made. They will not wave the - or - late fees but did adjust the - late fee of $37.00. My balance without the late fees is $71.00 and I was willing to make the payment in full once they would adjust the - and -. The supervisor refused to dismiss the - & - late fees. The fact that I have not been unable to get into my account and make the update was of no concern and would not take this into consideration.
