Citimortgage charged me with fees related to foreclosure while I was in a chapter - bankruptcy. These fees were not approved by the bankruptcy court. Also the attempts at foreclosure occurred while I was under the protection of the SCRA, while - with the - in -/-/--/-/-. My chapter - was discharged in -/-/-, and all debts that were approved by the court were paid. Despite my discharge, Citimortgage has refused to remove the fees. I am preparing to refinance and the fees will have to be paid before I close.
