Dealing with bank that is notorious for trouble, and discrimination. Tried getting secured loan, first told I was denied for not having enough money in savings account, branch manager informed me to put just - more in savings account, no problem, did that, branch manger resubmitted request, now I 'm denied for debt to income ratio. District manager gets a wiff, now she files complaint on my behalf realizing there is something definitely wrong, something I 've been saying 30 years now.
