Citibank Credit card department,
Years ago I applied for and received an - - - branded credit card. When paperless statements were made available, I signed up. I always had at least 2 years of ELECTRONIC statements available to me. One day, - CANCELS my - - card with NO WARNING and switches to Citi Visa. I have made - requests on the Citibank site to retrieve my credit card statements from - - to - -. The website says the statements will be available in 48 hours. They are NOT. No email. No notice. It 's like my entire history of - - has been wiped away.
