Citibank Credit card department,
On a purchase made from a company in -, Citi visa charged a " Foreign Transaction Fee '' of - % and an additional increase of - % in interest rate. I was not notified of these charges and learned only when they showed up on my bill. Neither was the increase in interest rate disclosed.
