Citibank Credit card department,
Was charged a Late charge that was not my fault. Tried to make payment online, would not take my payment. Tried to call that day. Had to wait 45 min hung up. tried to call next day, die day, compnt said all agents were busy call back later. Called day and was late. Not Fair. I tried for two days to get them there money.
